What are some cleaning services you provide?
Our cleaning services include one-time cleaning or regular cleaning services.
One-time cleaning services provided include post-renovation cleaning and pre/post tenancy cleaning.
Regular cleaning services can be scheduled for weekly, twice weekly, fortnightly, or monthly cleaning appointments.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
For general/regular house cleaning services, all cleaning equipment, tools and solutions are to be provided by homeowners for hygiene purposes.
However, for post-renovation cleaning, we will bring equipment such as vacuums, mops, cleaning cloth, brushes, pails, cleaning agents, and etc.
What should I provide or prepare for the cleaner?
Efficiency and speed in cleaning can be greatly improved by having and using the appropriate tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
To ensure a thorough cleaning of your home, we recommend the owners to have basic cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner or brooms, mops, bucket pails, cleaning cloth and cleaning solutions. If you are unsure of what to prepare in advance, we can send share a reference list of recommended solutions and tools!
Will I have the same cleaner attending to my house for each session?
The availability of the specific cleaners is subject to schedules of the individual cleaners. We recommend signing up for our part-time helper package deal, which allows you to pre-book your preferred helper in advance.
Can I replace the part time cleaner if I’m not satisfied?
Certainly! However, we highly recommend giving the cleaners a trial period of at least 2 sessions. Our workers generally make use of the first session to understand and adapt to different cleaning preferences of different clients. Cleaners tend to be more efficient and aligned with expectations of homeowners from the second session onwards. In the unlikely event of continued dissatisfaction with the cleaning services after the initial sessions, we will make arrangements to replace the cleaner. Please note that replacement cleaners are subject to availability.
Do you provide ironing service?
We provide basic ironing services. However, please understand that our helpers will not be liable for any damages (to the fabric/clothing) during ironing. To ensure our cleaners’ priorities are thorough cleaning of our clients’ homes, ironing services are limited to one hour per session.
Is there any additional charges for weekend cleaning service?
There are no extra charges for weekend cleaning services.
8) What happens if my items/property are damaged/lost?
Our cleaners undergo extensive training to treat your home with the same respect and meticulousness we would give our own. In the rare event of accidental damage caused by negligence, kindly inform our office within 24 hours of your appointment. Please note that Enviclean’s liability for damages is limited to a maximum of $150. We will not be responsible for damages resulting from regular wear and tear.
